Useful for cleaning up imported CAD objects that have materials separated by each part resulting in a lot of surface names being assigned for what should be one material.
Allows the user to perform a surface name match (Contains, Starts With, Ends With, Exact Match) and assign matches to either another existing surface or if a name doesn't exist, a new surface.
